GRAMME has designed the new showcase of the bakery-pastry shop LIBERTE in Kyoto. The interior architecture sequences and confronts different temporalities in a unique and open space. A workshop, a bakery, an educational laboratory, a showcase, a lounge and a restaurant are staged in a 580m2 space. Each of these islands is characterized by its own materiality. Notes of brass punctuate this mineral landscape while the velvet of the seats softens the contours.
